Indutrade acquires Swedish measuring business from Flowserve Corporation

Indutrade and Palmstierna International AB, which is part of the Flowserve Corporation in the US, today signed an agreement in which Indutrade will acquire Flowserve’s measuring business in Karlstad, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 35 million.

The measuring business supplies products and systems for measurement, control and supervision of industrial processes. Customers are in the power, paper and engineering industries.

The acquisition is Indutrade’s eighth this year and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share. The companies acquired during the year to date have combined annual sales of approximately SEK 415 million.
