Indutrade expands in Denmark through acquisition of technology sales company SAV-Danmark Trading A/S

Indutrade today acquired all of the shares in SAV-Danmark Trading A/S, with annual sales of approximately SEK 65 million.

SAV is a well established technology sales company with a broad product programme of couplings and valves in the heating and plumbing segments. The company represents a number of strong suppliers whose products are sold primarily under its own ”SAV-Systemprodukter” brand.

Through this acquisition of SAV, Indutrade will be strengthening its position in the Danish market and also increasing its share of own brands. Organisationally, SAV will be included in Indutrade's Flow Technology business area.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
