Indutrade continues acquiring in the UK

Following yesterday’s acquisition of Micro Spring and Presswork Ltd, Indutrade today acquired all of the shares in Birmingham Specialities Ltd in the UK, with annual sales of GBP 6 million.

Birmingham Specialities Ltd is a leading manufacturer of precision pressings and CNC machining. Major customer segments are the rail industry and electronic industry, diesel engine manufacturers and other industries.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
