Indutrade acquires packaging specialist in Belgium

Indutrade has acquired all of the shares in Verbeeck Packaging Group, Wilrijk, Belgium, with annual sales of EUR 5 million.

Verbeeck Packaging Group is specialised in packaging solutions for the cosmetical, pharmaceutical, food and household industry. The Group has many years of close cooperation with Indutrade’s company Aluglas in the Netherlands.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade Benelux in Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
