Indutrade acquires Dutch Sensor Groep

Indutrade has on 24 July signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Sensor Beheer B.V., (www.sensor-groep.com) with annual sales of approximately EUR 8.5 million.

The Sensor Groep is a technical trading company providing and supplying sensors for industrial automation applications. With in-depth expertise in the fields of contactless detection, measuring, checking, counting, monitoring and identification, Sensor Groep supports the customers in selecting and implementing sensor. The application areas are a combination of OEM customers as well as to end users’ manufacturing processes. Sensor Group operates from the Netherlands and Belgium. 

The closing takes place today and the company will be included in Indutrade’s Business Area Benelux.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
