Indutrade expanding in Switzerland

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Eco Analytics AG, Rheinfelden, Switzerland, with annual sales of approximately SEK 22 million.

Eco Analytics AG is an expert in gas detection. Wherever toxic, explosive or combustible gases are part of an industrial process or a by-product of it, they pose a threat to people, property and productivity. Eco Analytics offers a complete line of rugged, reliable, fixed-point gas detectors to serve as first line of defence against gas threats.

Customers are in all types of industries, for example the pharmaceutical, chemical, power and food industry.  

Possession of the company will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
