Indutrade acquires Swedish technology company Gedevelop AB

Indutrade has today signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Gedevelop AB. The company’s annual sales amount to approximately SEK 35 M. Gedevelop develops and markets precision instruments and systems for measurement of flows and temperatures mainly within the glass industry. Sales are made on a worldwide scale, directly as well as through distributors. The acquisition of Gedevelop will further strengthen Indutrade’s position in the instrument and measuring product segment. The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Indutrade’s earnings per share. Stockholm, April 25, 2006 INDUTRADE AB (publ)
