Indutrade acquires TriboTec AB

Indutrade has today signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in TriboTec AB. The company’s annual sales amount to approximately SEK 70 M. TriboTec AB supplies chemical-technical products within the areas of corrosion protection, bonding and lubrication technology mainly to the Swedish market. Some 10 % of the sales are delivered to Denmark and 1 % to Norway. Customers are mainly within the mechanical industry as well as the automotive industry and their sub-contractors. The acquisition of TriboTec will further strengthen Indutrade’s position in the area of chemical products and is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
