Indutrade acquires Swedish pump company Robota AB

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Robota AB. The company’s annual sales amount to approximately SEK 53 M. Robota is a supplier of products and customised solutions for water and drainage. The company has more than 40 years of experience in the pump business. The acquisition of Robota will further strengthen Indutrade’s position on the Nordic market and be complementary to the corresponding segment in Finland and the Baltic region. The acquisition which takes effect as of January 1, 2006 is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Indutrade’s earnings per share. Stockholm, 27 January 2006 INDUTRADE AB (publ)
