Indutrade continues to expand through further acquisition

Following the acquisition last week of the Swedish pump company Robota AB, which has an annual turnover of MSEK 53, Indutrade today signed an agreement for the acquisition of the entire shareholding of the Finnish company Suomen Putkisto Tarvike Oy (SPT). SPT provides products and services for leak detection and network monitoring. The company has a turnover of about MSEK 8. It is anticipated that the acquisitions of Robota AB and SPT will boost Indutrade’s position in the Scandinavian market and they are expected to have a positive impact on Indutrade’s share earnings.
