Indutrade acquires Beldam Crossley Ltd

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Beldam Crossley Ltd, UK, with annual sales of approximately GBP 7 million.

Beldam Crossley (www.beldamcrossley.co.uk) manufactures packings and seals, advanced engineered polymers and slide bearings. The company’s customers come from a range of industries, including power generation, aerospace, and the defence, construction and marine industries.

Possession takes place today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
